About

Choosing the right glasses or haircut depends almost entirely on geometry. This Face Shape Analyzer compares four critical measurements of your face to categorize it into one of seven archetypes: Oval, Square, Round, Heart, Oblong, Diamond, or Triangle. Instead of subjective guessing, it uses strict algorithmic ratios.

For example, a Square face is defined by a jawline width roughly equal to the cheekbone width, whereas a Diamond shape requires cheekbones to be significantly wider than both the forehead and jawline. Accurate measurements (in cm or inches) are essential for a correct classification.

Frequently Asked Questions

Use a flexible tape measure. For "Face Length", measure from the center of your hairline to the tip of your chin. For "Cheekbones", measure from the outer corner of one eye to the other, crossing the bridge of the nose. Keep the tape flat against your skin.
Yes. While your bone structure (jaw, forehead) remains constant, the accumulation of soft tissue can make a Square or Heart face appear Rounder. This tool is best used at your current weight.
