The life-milestone feature flags dates like your 10,000th day alive or 1,000,000,000th second. These are computed from your exact birth date and time-of-day (defaults to midnight if unspecified). Note: breath and heartbeat estimates use population averages from the American Heart Association and may vary significantly for athletes or individuals with medical conditions. The tool approximates; it does not replace medical-grade telemetry.

The exact age is computed by calendar decomposition rather than dividing total milliseconds (which would yield incorrect month/day counts due to variable month lengths and leap years).
